Uncommon came to me several years ago to build their first website when it was a team of one woman forging her own consultancy. Over the years the company has grown to 8+ people, brought on partners and had the chance to work with some incredible clients, like the Gates Foundation, Cannes Lions & the United Nations Foundation.

As the business matured, it was time to create a comprehensive and flexible brand identity system that could grow with them as they moved beyond word of mouth marketing and to ensure consistency as various staff produced company documents.

We started with a business goals workshop, then I conducted market research and customer interviews, developed a content strategy and brand identity, built the website and developed print collateral pieces and a flexible powerpoint template.
